Coastal Bath

This main bathroom is one of the models in an age restricted development. It had an overly large toilet room and a convoluted plan. We re-configured a majority of the walls and doors, in order to better utilize the available space; allocating more to the adjoining laundry room and main closet. While maintaining a good sized shower, the closet now affords enough space for the majority of the couples’ clothing. The couple moved to the area recently and wanted a coastal Florida feel to their new home.
